We are a family owned barbeque company, founded by Jimarse Blankenbaker in 2020.  Having a passion for great BBQ, we decided in 2022 to take our award winning sauce to local farmer's markets located in the greater Orlando, FL area.  Passionate about bringing down the classic Kansas City tradition and hospitality, we create homemade sauces which have been personally poured, packaged and shipped by hand.  Along with private catering options, our food is handled with the same love and care as our sauces. With a simple, streamlined menu, we believe in quality over quantity as well as the unique flavors that strive to satisfy any palate.
